Shipping Q's:

  • Since most of our items are custom made, please allow 7-10 business days plus shipping time. ( 3-4 business days ) for your order to arrive.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped. 
  • Once shipped, Little Jonesies is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If an issue arises, please contact your local USPS office for information on your parcel. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with USPS.

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide! Please allow for longer shipping time for your order to arrive. We are not responsible for any customs or duties fees. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, as this is out of our control.


Returns/Exchanges:

  • As most items are made to order, we are unable to make accept returns or exchanges.
  • If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can make it right! 
  • Please reach out with any questions before placing your order, since we are not able to make changes after the order is placed.
